- Basic technical information — our host records standard server data such as approximate location and browser type. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers or analytics.
How We Use It
- To send campaign updates, invitations, volunteer requests and voting information.
- To process contributions and to meet our reporting obligations.
- To respond when you contact us.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone, for any purpose, other than the messaging provider that delivers messages for us.
- We do not rent or trade our email list for marketing purposes.
Information Required by Federal Law
Federal campaign finance law requires political committees to publicly report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of anyone whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Those reports are filed with the Federal Election Commission and are public records. This is a legal obligation and it is not something we can opt you out of. It applies only to contributions — not to signing up for updates or texts.
Security
Contributions are processed by a third-party payment platform. Card numbers never touch this website — this site collects no payment information and stores no donor records.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the revised version here and update the date above.
